Village Bank, a 2017 Top Workplace winner, has an opportunity for a Utility Relationship Banker to work at our various Richmond retail branches.  This is an ideal situation for someone who has retail bank experience to take the next step in their banking career.  Our utility team has the opportunity to work at all our Richmond branches and work closely with all the teams and the communities in which we serve.  We seek those who are looking for a more personalized work experience to join our Village family.

Our Relationship Bankers provide a high level of service and operational excellence from behind the teller line by running a teller drawer, answering phones and completing platform transactions.  The successful candidate will strengthen customer relationships by identifying needs, providing product recommendations, referring business (sales & cross selling) and providing the highest level of customer service.

Our ideal applicant must have a minimum of 1-2 years of recent retail banking experience and the flexibility and ability to travel to our branches as scheduled.  Familiarity with bank operating systems and software is a must as well as the drive to provide the ultimate customer experience in a busy environment.
